At SSmartappliances, we take pride in offering quality home and kitchen appliances. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong item ordered by customer

  • Items opened or used

  • Compatibility issues (please ensure compatibility before purchase)

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • If the product is proven to be damaged or defective upon delivery

  • If you received the wrong item

To be eligible for a refund in these limited cases, you must:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  3. Keep the product in unused condition and in its original packaging

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
